When fangirls from Hell attack

For three nights Rodriguez, LaCroix, Strauss and Beckett have been running from these horrific creatures known as the fangirls. At first when these creatures came to Los Angeles they seemed like normal girls and having their attention and admiration was flattering and ego-boosting, but then suddenly these creatures seemed changed. They seemed to want something that they were not willing to give and when they refused they suddenly attacked and tried to rip their clothes off. They only succeeded in ripping off Nine's shirt off and LaCroix's trousers, after that happened they made a run for it. Nines was surprised they made it to the outlands in only three nights. The first night when they took shelter in a cave was extremely awkward due to the fact they had to huddle up keep warm. LaCroix made everyone swear that they must never speak of that night again. If only he hadn't been wearing the red heart patterned boxer shorts! Practically everyone took Beckett's offer to teach them the Protean Discipline of merging into the ground to sleep. Beckett was really the only one who wasn't completely disturbed by the whole experience. He stated that these creatures were really not as dangerous as they seemed and maybe they should stop running and fight them, but that argument just fell on deaf ears. Each night the creatures seemed to be always gaining on them and running away from them was getting harder since Strauss had been wounded by them and they had had to help him along. But this night was the most terrifying, the creatures were gaining on them and one of them had managed to steal Beckett's bag and had run back to show her trophy to the others. Beckett ran towards the girls to reclaim his bag readying his claws, LaCroix screamed, "Come back, Beckett, come back, they're too strong! Look what they did to Strauss!" "It's no use, he's too far away," Strauss replied weakly. Nines looked forward to see what was ahead and saw something even more horrifying than the fangirls themselves. Everything he had ever been through could not compare to this, he opened his mouth to scream, but nothing came out...........

Note: Although vampires cannot die from cold, they can freeze. To stop this from happening they have to burn blood. If a group huddles together inside furs etc the amount of blood they need to burn is significantly reduced as the group heat lowers the amount needed to prevent their bodies freezing.
